Nick co-founded MercerBell in 1999 and has since helped it grow into Australia’s leading Customer Experience agency, with a staff of 65 and a client list of Australian blue chip brands such as Toyota, Qantas, Foxtel and Allianz Australia. He plays a prominent role in the communications industry, having served on the ADMA Board of Directors, chaired the Effectiveness Awards and is a regular speaker at the ADMA Forum.
Julie has over 20 years’ experience working both agency and client side, but for the past 15 years has been proud to call MercerBell home. From relationship marketing to communication campaigns, she boasts a wealth of industry experience, but she is just as passionate about staff training and agency culture – something MercerBell is renowned for. Julie was also the inaugural winner of the 2014 ADMA Jon Clark Award for Outstanding Contribution to the industry.
